(c) Eligible digital newspaper subscribers (i.e. +Rewards members) can also enter via https://www.plusrewards.com.au (the +Rewards website) once during the Promotional Period for an additional entry. |

To enter, entrants must: (a) buy a minimum of one (1) copy of a Relevant Newspaper duringthe Promotion Period or be a paying digital subscriber to a Relevant Newspaper on at least one (1) day during the Promotion Period and find the codeword in the newspaper; and (b) Scan the Newspaper QR code or visit the Promotion website or +Rewards website and complete the online entry form in accordance with the instructions on that website including by providing requested essential information and at least one (1) different codeword per day. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider. To be eligible, entrants need to have bought a Relevant Newspaper on at least one (1) days in the Promotion Period and therefore need either to be able to provide the physical copies of the Relevant Newspaper on request by the Promoter, or have been a paying digital or home delivery subscriber to a Relevant Newspaper on the date of entry into the Promotion. An entrant can enter daily, up to 22 days (once per day for eligible entrants on the Promotion website plus, for +Rewards members, an additional once during the campaign period on the +Rewards website making it a maximum of twice per day for +Rewards members) and each entry must use the codeword that has been published in the paper on the day of entering and use the correct form on the correct entry Website 1. Buy the paper from Sunday, February 15 2026 – Sunday, March 08 2026 for your daily codeword or be a digital subscriber which allows access to the digital print edition of the newspaper. 2. Enter your codeword at WinWithNews.com.au. 3. Fill in the entry form to enter the competition. 4. Enter 3 or more times at winwithnews.com.au to double entries into the draw: when an entrant validly enters the competition three or more days throughout the Promotion Period, they will receive an additional entry into the draw for each day they have valid entry into the competition. For example, if an entrant enters the competition on 7 different days, they will receive 14 entries into the draw. However if they enter the competition on 2 different days, they will receive 2 entries into the draw. 5. +Rewards members can also enter once during the competition period via the entry form on the +Rewards website for one additional entry (not subject to be doubled). |

Terms and conditions
General
1) The Promoter is Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd. (ABN 85 133 379 218), Address, 1/39 Distribution Street Lapinta, QLD, 4110, Australia Phone: (07) 3213 1211.
2) Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3) If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
Who can enter
4) Entry is open to all residents of Australia (except WA) over the age of 18 except employees and immediate families of the Promoter or Nationwide News Pty Ltd (ABN 98 008 438 828) or any publisher of an Eligible Newspaper and their associated companies and agencies.Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
5) Entrants must be 18 years of age or olderas at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
6) The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize.Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
When to enter
7) The Promotion commences at 12:01am (Sydney, Australia time) on Sunday, February 15 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (Sydney, Australia time) on Sunday, March 08 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
8) The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
How to enter
9) To enter to win a ‘Major Prize’ or a ‘Minor Prize’ (the “Promotion” or “Competition”), individuals must:
a) buy a minimum of one (1) copy of a Relevant Newspaper (as defined at Clause 13) between 15 February 2026 and 8 March 2026 inclusive (the “Live Promotion Period”) or be a paying digital subscriber to a Relevant Newspaper on at least one (1) day during the Promotion Period;
b) find the codeword printed in the newspaper on the day they want to enter the Competition;
c) scan the Newspaper QR code or visit the Promotion website at winwithnews.com.au or +Rewards website and complete the online entry form in accordance with the instructions on that website including by providing requested essential information and the correct daily codeword published in the paper on the day of entering the Competition.
10) To be eligible, entrants need to have bought a Relevant Newspaper on the day they enter the Competition and therefore need either to be able to provide the physical copies of the Relevant Newspaper on request by the Promoter for the relevant date of entry, or have been a paying digital or home delivery subscriber to a Relevant Newspaper on the relevant date of entry into the Competition.
11) Enter 3 or more times to double entries into the draw: when an entrant validly enters the competition three or more days throughout the Promotion Period, they will receive an additional entry into the draw for each day they validly entered the competition. For example, if an entrant enters the competition on 7 different days, they will receive 14 entries into the draw. However if they enter the competition on 2 different days, they will receive 2 entries into the draw.
12) Entrants can enter up to 22 times and each entry must use the codeword that has been published in the Relevant Newspaper on the day of entering. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted per day. Except +Rewards members, who can access one bonus entry, once during the promotion period via +Rewards website, to enter a maximum of 23 times to receive 45 entries into the draw.

14) The cost of accessing www.WinWithNews.com.au will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.Each individual can enter no more than once each day.
15) Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid, unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a disability.
16) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, invalidate their entries and claim to any prize where such entrant tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.This includes, but not limited to, entrants and households using multiple email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses or SIM cards to register single or multiple purchases.
17) The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if these terms and conditions have been breached by any entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm or deny its suspicions in this regard and any failure to provide such requested documentation to the Promoter on request gives Promoter the right to disqualify the entrant. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any offender are reserved.
Draw and notification of winner
18) This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
19) The prize draw will take place at Engage Interactive by random computer selection at 12:00pm (Sydney, Australia time) on Friday, March 13 2026 at 24 Washpool Crescent Woongarrah NSW 2259, Australia in the presence of a scrutineer. Electronic Draw Approval Number: SA#860. There will be six (6) ‘Major Prize’ winners and fifty (50) ‘Minor Prize’ winners drawn from the pool of entries submitted over the course of the promotion.The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. A draw for a prize, if unclaimed, may take place at 12:00pm (Sydney, Australia time) on Monday, June 15 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
20) The ‘Major Prizes’ will be drawn in order of value, the highest value prize will be drawn first. The ‘Minor Prizes’ will be drawn after both ‘Major Prizes’ have been drawn.
21) All winners will be notified in writing within seven (07) business days of the draw and their name will be announced online at www.WinWithNews.com.au by Monday, April 13 2026. The winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published in The Weekend Australian newspaper on Saturday, March 21 or Saturday, March 28 2026.
22) Winners of any unclaimed prize draw will also be notified in writing within seven (7) business days of the unclaimed prize draw and their first initial, last name and postcode of the winner(s) of any unclaimed prize draw will be published in The Weekend Australian newspaper within 14 business days of the unclaimed prize draw.
23) Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take/redeem the prize (or an element of a prize) at or by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
24) If any particular draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the draw will be conducted on the following business day.
25) The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the Promotion.
26) Prizes will be awarded to the person named in the entry.However, in a dispute, it will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry (i.e. mobile phone account holder or Internet Service Provider account holder).
27) Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.

28) Total prize pool value is up to $250,415.00 AUD (including GST).There will be 56 winners in total, comprising six (06) ‘Major Prize’ winners and fifty (50) ‘Minor Prize’ winners.

‘Minor Prizes’:
a) Fifty (50) ‘Minor Prize’ winners nationally (excluding WA)will each win one (1) x Eftpos Gift Card valued at $1,000.00 AUD. The total value of the ‘Minor Prize’ Pool is $50,000.00 AUD.
Prize clauses
29) A maximum of one prize can be awarded to any one person who has entered the Competition.
30) Unless otherwise expressly stated, prize values are estimates only and are based on the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions (inclusive of GST).The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
31) Independent financial advice should be sought by the entrants as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
32) Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
33) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm such conditions with the prize supplier or other relevant third parties. The Promoter assumes or accepts no liability or responsibility of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with the winner’s failure to comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
34) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must, if required by the Promoter, sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
35) All entrants agree that if they win a prize, they will not, and will ensure that their immediate family and their parent and guardian will not, without the prior written consent of the Promoter, sell or otherwise provide the winner’s story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation, including the Internet.
36) All prizes must be claimed by Monday, April 27 2026 (“Cut-Off Date”). All winners will be contacted via the contact details they provided via their entry submission and a prize is claimed once the Promoter receives a reply (via email or phone) to the prize winning correspondence. In the event a winner does not claim the prize by the Cut-Off Date, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and the winner shall have absolutely no entitlement to and shall have no further right to claim the prize.
37) The winner(s) are responsible for obtaining relevant insurance at their own expense before collecting the prize. The Promoter will assist with this process and provide in advance the details required to legally achieve registration and insurance plus any other legal requirements that must be satisfied.
38) If a winner does not hold an Australian driver’s licence, the Promoter will register the vehicle in the name ofthe winner's nominated person on the winner’s behalf at the cost of the winner.The winner must bear all costs and expenses associated with taking possession and ownership of both vehicles; including but not limited to registration, insurance, petrol, health, travel and transport costs to obtain the vehicle, or any damages incurred after taking possession and ownership of the vehicles.The winner or the winner’s nominated person will be responsible for collecting the vehicle within 30 days from the date the Promoter notifies the winner in writing that the vehicle is ready for collection.
39) All ‘Minor Prizes’ issued in the form of physical Eftpos Gift Vouchers may have, but not limited to the following terms and conditions:
(a) The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash;
(b) The vouchers are not transferable
(c) If the voucher is lost, stolen or destroyed it cannot be replaced or refunded
All Minor Prize’ Eftpos Gift Vouchers are subject to all terms and conditions imposed by the gift card provider, The Card Network. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. 40) The winner(s) acknowledge and accept that activities that form part of the prize are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may take place.
Further terms and conditions
41) Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition.
42)The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
43) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including (without limitation) due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, and (without limitation) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under State Regulation.
44) Any entrant found to be using any form of software or third party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated.If such an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any awarded prize to the Promoter.The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant.The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause.An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request.
45) An entrant may not use a third party (including online competition entry site) to enter on their behalf, except where the entrant needs to use those services of that third party to enter due to a disability. If the preceding sentence has been breached, the entrant will have all entries invalidated, any claim to any prize will be invalidated and where such an entrant has already been awarded a prize before being found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any awarded prize to the Promoter.The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant.The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request.
46) If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements.Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
47) The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize to a Mahindra dealership located as close as possible to the prize winner's provided address. The prize winner will be responsible for collecting the car from this dealership. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in the transit of the prize to the designated dealership, nor for any costs or damages incurred by the prize winner in collecting the car from the dealership.
48)The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize if an entrant who claims to be a prize winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions.
Copyright, statutory guarantees, waiver and liability
49) In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby permits the winner’s submission, image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with the Promoter or its related company’s publications or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
50) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any directions given under State Regulation.
51) The Promoter does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
52) The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
53) All entries become the property of the Promoter (with the exception of any intellectual property rights comprising therein).The Promoter collects personal information about you for the purposes of conducting this promotion.Any disclosure of such information will be made as required by law and in accordance with these terms and conditions but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
54) All entries become the property of The Promoter (with the exception of any intellectual property rights comprised therein) and the Promoter may use the entrant’s names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.By entering, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose.In addition, if entrants opt in their details will be provided to Nationwide News Pty Ltd for the same purposes. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes by either party, the entrant should contact the relevant entity on their details set out below.

55) The Idea Shed Pty Ltd (ABN 32 162 123 391), on behalf of the Promoter and Nationwide News Pty Ltd Companies, collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and administer the Prizes and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the winner in accordance with its Privacy Policy available here: https://www.mahindra.com.au/privacy-policy.Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
56) If entrants opt in for this to occur then their personal information provided as part of the entry process will be shared with Nationwide News Pty Ltd companies who may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the entrants. 57) The laws of NSW apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. The winner submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
